This premium wadding is specially designed for use with white or very light-coloured fabrics, keeping them bright and beautiful.
Crafted from a combination of bleached 100% cotton fibers and fine white polyester fibers, this wadding provides a very white finish, and is renowned for its strength, durability, color, loft, and finish. It's lightly bonded and needle-punched, ensuring exceptional strength and durability, and is even machine-washable for easy care.
Whether you're quilting by hand or machine, this wadding is a joy to work with. Close quilting results in a flat, low-loft appearance, while more space between stitching lines yields a slightly higher loft. Quilting or stitching should be every 4 inches or closer, and quilters may experience shrinkage of 3-5%.
We recommend spending time learning about this product before using it on a project, including making samples to see how it needles, both by hand and by machine, to achieve the desired results. And to maintain its quality, pre-washing is not recommended.
