Perfect for cutting fabrics for quilting and sewing. Quickly and accurately cut fabrics up to 12" with this rotary cutter with built in ruler. Perfect for cutting fabric squares, jelly roll and binding strips!
Unlike normal rotary cutters, the blade is fully enclosed and fixed to the guide. When you finish the cutting action the blade retracts safely out of the way. Safety lock is built in to safely change the 45mm blade.
