    Nordic Summer Promotional TileInspired by the colours and landscapes of Iceland, Nordic Summer by Gudrun Erla of GE Designs for Andover Fabrics brings together botanical detail, organic textures and Nordic-inspired geometric designs in a beautifully atmospheric collection.

    Born and raised in Iceland, Gudrun Erla draws on her Nordic roots for a palette that moves from soft cream and cool glacial blues through fresh and mossy greens to deep blue-green, berry, plum and wine. Leaves, berries, flowers and foliage sit alongside flowing textures and geometric motifs, creating a collection that feels distinctly nature-inspired without becoming traditionally floral.

    At Morris Works, Nordic Summer is only available as manufacturer-cut precuts from Andover Fabrics, giving you a choice of three formats: 5" charm squares, 2½" strips and 10" squares. We don't currently stock the collection as fabric by the metre.

    Each precut brings together the coordinated colours and prints of Nordic Summer, making it easy to work across the full collection without choosing individual fabrics. The variety of light, mid and deeper tones gives you plenty of contrast to play with, while the different precut sizes open up all sorts of possibilities for patchwork. A lovely collection for anyone drawn to botanical fabrics, rich colour and a little Nordic character.
