- How to make lined open-top bags with fabric handles (top-stitched for strength)
- Two base styles: flat construction and boxed bottoms that stand up nicely for either style of bag
- Measuring for different sizes, seam allowances, pressing for crisp edges
- Finishing touches: edge/top-stitching, tidy turning gaps, cord/ribbon threading
- Tips for fabric pairings, directional prints, and neat corners
What to bring
You can add a Christmas fat quarter bundle when you sign-up, or choose from our festive fabrics: Christmas 2025
