Aurifil 8wt is the heaviest 2-ply thread in the brand’s range, made from 100% long-staple Egyptian Mako cotton. It features a low-lint, smooth twist that glides beautifully through fabric, delivering crisp stitch definition with less tangling than traditional Perle cotton. Its subtle sheen enhances handwork without overpowering the fabric beneath.

Washing Instructions:
- Machine wash in cold to warm water - no more than 70C / 160F
- Tumble dry at low to no heat
- Iron on low heat
- Can be laundered with bleach (if necessary) in cold water only
