Pre-washing is not recommended for this or any of the Hobbs wadding/batting products.
Washing Instructions for Finished Quilt
Always wash in cold to warm water. Not recommended to wash in hot water.
It is recommended to air dry, though a finished quilted item can be tumble dried in a drier on air to warm setting.

I texted Gabrielle at 7.49 am and she replied almost immediately outside the business hours and was able to view product at 11 am. She was keen to show us the product and knew out teacher. I used it on Monday and it was good even though I have to unpick stitches as the sewing machine jumped a bit and irregular stitches. Couldn’t fault the service at shop and the quality of wadding.
