Class & Workshop Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change when booking a class or workshop. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our participants and our business while ensuring we can continue offering high-quality quilting workshops and classes.
Cancelling Your Place
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund and rescheduling options apply:

More than 30 days before the class or workshop – You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future class or workshop at no extra cost.

15–30 days before the class or workshop – You will receive a 50% refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future class or workshop at no extra cost.

7–14 days before the class or workshop – You will receive a 25% refund, or you can transfer to a future class or workshop at no extra cost.

Less than 7 days before the class or workshop – No refund is available. However, you may transfer your place to a friend or family member.
If a class or workshop is sold out, we may be able to resell your place to someone on our waitlist. If we successfully fill your spot, we will refund your booking in full.
Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the choice of:

A full refund of your fee.

A free transfer to a future class or workshop of your choice.

A credit towards another class if preferred.
We will provide as much notice as possible if a cancellation is necessary.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to an illness or other emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review cases individually and do our best to accommodate a transfer to a future date where possible.
Travel and Accommodation Considerations
As our classes and workshops are located in Brighton & Hove, some of our participants may travel from out of town. If you are booking accommodation, we recommend checking your hotel's cancellation policy or considering travel insurance in case of unexpected changes.
