Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy on all goods, provided they're in the same condition as when we shipped them to you. You may return most new, unopened / unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will provide you with the shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 days after we've received your return item. For cancelled orders which have not been shipped, the refund will be issued right away.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of ordering or receiving your goods. You must give us notice of your intent to cancel by Contacting Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Please provide your name, telephone number and order number. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If the goods have already been dispatched prior to us receiving your instruction to cancel, you have a legal obligation to retain possession and take reasonable care of them. If the goods aren't faulty you'll be responsible for the return postage costs. Once we receive the return, a refund will be issued.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will ship your items within 1 business day of item(s) in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know when we are expecting to receive the new stock and an estimated ship date. You will be given a choice to wait for the replenished stock, offered alternative options or an immediate refund.
When your item is shipped, you will receive an email notification.
Please note that due to limited space, we may not always have sufficient stock on hand for wadding rolls of 7.5 metres or more. For all wadding roll orders, we dispatch between 1-3 business days, with an estimated delivery time 2-5 days. If we expect a delay in this target, we will contact you to discuss.
Shipping charges are a flat rate of £2.95, with exception of items listed with free shipping. All small and medium sized parcels shipped are send via Royal Mail Tracked 48, larger items are sent by courier. We ship daily Monday to Friday with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days.
We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom for all orders over £30.00.
Orders Not Received
We pride ourselves on getting your order packed and shipped to you quickly without excessive shipping fees.
On the very rare occasion, an item is shipped and is not received when expected - in these circumstances, it is stressful for everyone involved. Not to panic, we are in this together! If you haven't received your order, please do let us know.
Royal Mail offers a guidance of 2 business days for their Tracked 48 parcel service, though sometimes they do not meet these targets and this can be delayed by a few days. If you have not received your package within 5 business days of when it was shipped, let us know and we will contact Royal Mail to have the items tracked. As soon as we have information, we will pass onto you.
If you have not received your package within 2 weeks, we will issue a full refund immediately.
