Tic Tac Love Red by Nutex is a fun small-scale coordinate from the Smitten Chicken Collection. Tiny hearts, crosses and circles are arranged in neat rows across a rich red background, giving the familiar noughts and crosses motif a sweet twist.
Pink and cream sit naturally against the red ground, while occasional soft aqua hearts provide a lovely little contrast. The result is colourful and playful without being overly busy, with a tiny repeat that works particularly well when the fabric is cut into smaller pieces.
Made from 100% cotton with a weight of approximately 145gsm, Tic Tac Love Red is well suited to patchwork and quilting, bag making, accessories and home décor sewing. The small-scale design makes it a useful choice for quilt blocks, borders, binding, appliqué and English paper piecing, as well as smaller projects such as pouches and fabric baskets.
Within the Smitten Chicken Collection, this print works beautifully alongside the red and pink florals and ginghams. Pair it with Tic Tac Love White to repeat the motif while changing the balance of colour, or combine it with Tiny Flowers Red, Daisy Gingham Red and Flower Chain Red for a cheerful mix of pattern and scale.

This fabric is sold by the ¼ metre, to order 1 full metre, enter a quantity of 4. Quantities of 2 or more will be cut as one continuous piece.

All quantities greater than 1 metre of fabric are cut to metric measurement. For example, 1.25 metre is cut to 49.2 inches / 125cm.
Care
This fabric is 100% cotton with a printed design. Manufacturer recommends to wash at 30 degrees or cooler. This fabric can be tumble dried on low-medium heat. The estimated shrinkage is between 3 - 5%.
