Foxes on Black from the In The Forest collection by Nutex is a richly detailed woodland print featuring russet foxes nestled amongst an abundance of flowers, leaves and delicate botanical sprigs. Set against a deep black background, the warm orange and burnt ochre palette creates striking contrast while retaining the softly illustrated character of the collection.
The foxes appear in a wonderful variety of poses. Some are curled into compact balls with their white-tipped tails wrapped around them, while others sit alert or stretch across the fabric with long, sweeping tails winding amongst the foliage. Surrounding them are stylised flowers and leafy branches in shades of pumpkin, terracotta, rust and golden orange. The largely tonal colour palette gives the design a particularly cohesive look, with the black ground allowing both the animals and intricate botanical details to stand out.
Printed on 100% cotton with a weight of approximately 145gsm, this fox quilting fabric is suitable for patchwork and quilting, bag making, accessories, cushions and other home décor projects. Care
This fabric is 100% cotton with a printed design. Manufacturer recommends to wash at 30 degrees or cooler. This fabric can be tumble dried on low-medium heat. The estimated shrinkage is between 3 - 5%.
