Mushrooms on White from the In The Forest collection by Nutex brings together an imaginative assortment of woodland fungi in a fresh palette of leafy greens and warm natural browns. Scattered across a clean white background, the mushrooms range from tall, slender forms and tiny toadstools to wonderfully oversized caps, giving the design plenty of variation and character.
The illustrations have a softly hand-painted quality, with fine detailing on the stems and undersides of the mushroom caps. Shades of moss, sage, olive, emerald and deep forest green sit alongside touches of tan and warm beige, while tiny leaves, sprigs and scattered dots fill the spaces between the larger motifs. The result is a busy but balanced woodland print with lots to discover without feeling crowded.
Printed on 100% cotton with a weight of approximately 145gsm, this mushroom quilting fabric is suitable for patchwork and quilting, bag making, accessories, cushions and other home décor sewing. Its mixture of large and small motifs makes it especially useful for fussy cutting, whether picking out an individual mushroom for the centre of a quilt block, adding tiny toadstools to English paper piecing, or creating characterful pockets and details on bags and accessories.

This fabric is sold by the ¼ metre, to order 1 full metre, enter a quantity of 4. Quantities of 2 or more will be cut as one continuous piece.

All quantities greater than 1 metre of fabric are cut to metric measurement. For example, 1.25 metre is cut to 49.2 inches / 125cm.
Care
This fabric is 100% cotton with a printed design. Manufacturer recommends to wash at 30 degrees or cooler. This fabric can be tumble dried on low-medium heat. The estimated shrinkage is between 3 - 5%.
