Product Description
Botanicals Table Runner and Cushion Pattern - Printed Booklet
I’m not much of a gardener. I do try though! The seed for this pattern was planted whilst using a horticulturalist’s leaf identifier table to desperately figure out if something was a plant or a weed!
The pattern contains instructions to make a cushion or a table runner with leaf images sewn on using raw edge applique. These would be perfect for outdoor entertaining this spring and summer!
But you could use the leaf templates on pouch and bag projects. They'd look lovely on a gardener's apron! I've used the templates to make appliques but they could also be used as templates for hand embroidery.
Cushion finishes at approximately 20” square (50cm).
Table Runner finishes at approximately 40” by 16” (1m by 40cm)
The pattern includes:
-
Full materials requirements
-
Full instructions
-
Full size templates printed in the booklet for you to trace or photocopy to use for the applique images
Make sure to read the whole pattern all the way through before beginning your project.
