2.5" Strip Roll – Blue Prints
Calm, confident blues with depth and clarity
This 2.5" strip roll is cut in house at Morris Works Quilt Shop and curated around a cohesive blue palette, bringing together a mix of quality 100% cotton quilting prints selected for colour harmony rather than exact pattern matching. Each pack is assembled by hand, drawing from both current and previous fabrics in stock, so the individual prints may vary from roll to roll while the overall colour balance remains consistent and reliable.
The palette centres on the cool, luminous blues found in the Cerulean (10) and Blue (11) colourways. Expect a thoughtful range of mid to deeper blues, with subtle variation in tone that adds movement and interest without overwhelming a design. This makes the roll especially useful when you want a blue-led project with visual depth but a calm, cohesive feel.
Each roll contains 21 strips, cut to 2.5" x WOF (approximately 43" wide / 6.4 cm x approx. 109 cm). The strips are well suited to jelly roll–friendly quilt patterns, whether you’re building strip sets, log cabins, rail fences or modern linear layouts. They also work beautifully for borders, bindings, sashing, and pieced backs, as well as smaller projects such as table runners, cushions, project bags and organisers.
These Blue Prints pair effortlessly with soft neutrals for contrast, or with adjacent hues such as Cyan or Indigo if you’d like to expand the palette. For a more structured look, combine them with textured blenders or simple solids to let the printed fabrics do the talking. Washing Instructions
Manufacturer recommends cool wash. Tumble dry on low. Do not bleach.
