Introducing the Hobbs Heirloom Natural 100% Cotton Batting / Wadding twin size pack - the perfect choice for creating a traditional looking quilt with exceptional softness. Made from the finest, clean, natural (unbleached), long-staple, virgin cotton available, this wadding is a natural and sustainable option that only gets softer with each washing.
With its ability to complement medium or dark fabrics, this wadding is a versatile choice that can bring out the best in your quilt. However, please note that if pairing with white or light-colored fabrics, it's best to test it first as natural cotton can slightly “shadow” the fabrics.
This wadding is also incredibly easy to work with, as it can be stitched up to 4" apart, and is machine washable (once quilted) with an expected shrinkage of 3-5%. Please note that pre-washing is not recommended for this or any of the quality wadding products from Hobbs.

Pre-Wash
Pre-washing is not recommended for this or any of the Hobbs wadding/batting products.
Washing Instructions for Finished Quilt
Always wash in cold or cool water. Expect additional shrinkage if washed in warm water. Not recommended to wash in hot water.
It is recommended to air dry, though a finished quilted item can be tumble dried in a drier on air to cool setting.
Important Information
Basting spray is not recommended for use with the wadding, as repositioning the top and bottom fabrics can pull apart the cotton.
