Product Description
Heirloom Natural 100% Cotton Wadding Pack - Double Bed Size
This Full / Double size pack of Hobbs Heirloom Natural 100% Cotton Wadding is perfect for creating a traditional-style quilt with beautiful softness and drape. Each pack is cut to 90" x 96" (229 x 244 cm) in-house at Morris Works, hand-folded, and packaged plastic-free—only available directly from us.
Crafted from the finest unbleached, long-staple virgin cotton, this natural wadding is non-allergenic, breathable, and proudly carries the Cotton Incorporated Seal. It softens with every wash, creating that lovely, gently crinkled quilt finish cotton lovers adore.
This wadding is ideal for use with medium or dark fabrics, as the natural cotton colour may slightly darken lighter shades. If you’re working with white or pale fabrics, we recommend testing first to avoid unwanted shadowing. If needed, Hobbs Heirloom Bleached Cotton Blend is a great alternative.
Suitable for hand or machine quilting, this wadding can be stitched up to 4" apart and is washable once quilted, with an expected 3–5% shrinkage. As always, we don’t recommend pre-washing.
A reliable, sustainable option for full-size quilts—cut and packed with care.
