Golden Toast (2930) is a rich, golden brown with warm, earthy depth—perfect for adding vintage charm or natural contrast to stitched projects. As part of the Aurifil 8wt Collection, this thread provides the weight and presence of Perle cotton with a smoother, more polished finish for hand quilting, embroidery, and decorative sewing.
Aurifil’s 8wt thread is a 2-ply, heavy cotton thread made from 100% long-staple Egyptian Mako cotton. It’s mercerised to produce a silky sheen, and its low-lint construction allows for cleaner stitches, less drag, and a more enjoyable stitching experience—whether you're hand quilting, embellishing bags, or creating heirloom embroidery.

Washing Instructions:
- Machine wash in cold to warm water - no more than 70C / 160F
- Tumble dry at low to no heat
- Iron on low heat
- Can be laundered with bleach (if necessary) in cold water only
